Johanna Hulme is currently the Operations Manager at Working Wardrobes, but they have an extensive background in marketing, management, and consulting. Johanna started their career as a marketing manager, leading teams to develop promotional programs for well-known companies. After years of successful campaigns, they joined a major food manufacturer in Los Angeles to create and manage a new marketing department. There, they expanded market share in Latino-American and foreign sectors, created and launched a natural foods line, rebranded the company through a website makeover, and redesigned the packaging for nearly the entire catalog of products.
After their successful work with the food manufacturer, Johanna decided to branch out and start their own consulting practice. As a consultant, they have worked with both service and product-based industries, from hot sauce to hair care products to accountants to acupuncturists. Most recently, they have been conducting Staff Professional Development in the Hospitality Industry, with a focus on training staff to provide an exceptional guest experience. Johanna is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and is always looking for new ways to help businesses grow and succeed.
