Mary Susan Costa is an experienced professional with a background in human resources and virtual talent management. Currently serving as the Director of Virtual Talent at Working Solutions since June 2006, Mary oversees a diverse workforce of independent contractors delivering contact center solutions. Previously, Mary held the role of Virtual Talent Manager, focusing on the sourcing and selection of contractors. Earlier experience includes an HR Consulting contract at Working Solutions from 2004 to 2006 and a decade at Mutual of Omaha as a Human Resource Generalist, where responsibilities included recruiting and employee relations for call centers and independent insurance agents. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University.
