Angie Possehl, MBA, currently serves as a Virtual Talent Manager at Working Solutions since April 2023, following a role as a Recruiting Manager at Amazon from May 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included hiring for various key areas and implementing scalable processes within the CS organization. Previously, Angie held multiple positions at Working Solutions from March 2010 to May 2022, focusing on recruiting, placement, and enhancing engagement and retention within the WAH community. Earlier career experiences include roles as Assistant Director of Student Services at Western Illinois University and Recruiter/Academic Advisor at St. Ambrose University. Angie earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from St. Ambrose University.
