Mindy Christensen currently serves as Senior Vice President of Community Development Real Estate Lending at Capital Impact Partners since June 2022 and is a Board Member at Working Solutions Microloans since January 2021, supporting entrepreneurs in the San Francisco Bay Area. Previous roles include Vice President of Lending at RSF Social Finance, where Mindy managed lending programs, and Senior Director of Credit at Amalgamated Bank. Mindy's extensive background in commercial banking includes positions such as First Vice President at New Resource Bank and a decade at Bank of America, where a successful track record in expanding private equity fund business and managing substantial loan portfolios was established. Mindy also gained international experience as a Kiva Fellow in Kenya and took a career break for independent travel and consulting. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and studied at Università degli Studi di Torino.
