Karla Posada De Anda is currently serving as a Business Consulting Officer at Working Solutions CDFI since April 2022. Previously, Karla held the position of Vice President of Sales - Latin America at Pro Consulting Group LLC and worked as a Program Manager for Small Business Development at the Latino Economic Development Center, focusing on planning and implementing activities to support small businesses in the DC Metro Area. Karla's extensive experience includes leadership roles such as General Manager at Ferreteria Novex GT, where responsibilities encompassed store operations and strategic expansion, and as Commercial Manager for El Salvador and Guatemala at Finotex, driving sales growth in the apparel sector. Additionally, Karla has a background in retail sales from Shell, developing business and sales strategies. Karla holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Rafael Landívar and a Master's degree in International Business from Universitat d'Alacant.
