Jhoana Rose Juen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development, philanthropy, and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Officer at Working Solutions CDFI since October 2020, Jhoana focuses on providing affordable capital and consulting to small business owners in Northern California. Previous roles include Inclusive Product Management Fellow at The Product Management Center at UW, Associate Philanthropy Advisor at Silicon Valley Community Foundation, Title II Claims Specialist at the Social Security Administration, and Community Health Project Manager with the Peace Corps. Jhoana holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, a Product Management Certificate from Product School, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Sociology from the University of California, Davis.
