Paarul Dudeja is currently the Managing Partner at Working Capital Fund, a venture capital firm focused on investing in technology to reduce inequality and develop sustainable global supply chains. Prior to this role, Paarul held various positions in organizations such as Virohan Institute, Accion, IFC, Zuna Asset Management, Vinik Asset Management, Lehman Brothers, and Standard & Poor's. Paarul holds a Bachelor's Degree with dual majors in Economics and Finance, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
