Susan Mulhall has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1994, they worked as a Sales Associate at Penneys for four years. Susan then moved on to Dunnes Stores, where they worked as an Assistant Buyer from 2000 to 2002 and later as a Buyer from 2002 to 2008. Susan'sresponsibilities at Dunnes Stores included planning and delivering seasonal collections, managing the supply base, and communicating with stores and regional managers.

In 2008, Susan joined Tesco Ireland as a Commercial Buying Manager, where they worked until 2010. After that, they joined Primark Stores Limited as an International Senior Buyer for Home & Lifestyle. Susan spent a total of seven and a half years at Primark, where they were responsible for the strategic planning and budgeting of home and lifestyle products, as well as leading private label development and managing relationships with branded product suppliers.

Following their time at Three Ireland, Susan worked as a Strategy and Sourcing Specialist Consultant at Three, focusing on customer strategy and product sourcing for future consumer initiatives post-Covid. Susan reviewed and reworked product and customer strategies, collaborated with external trends and market forecasters, and provided regular updates to the team.
