Sumeeth Tewar has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and engineering. Sumeeth is currently working at Workhuman as a Systems Architect since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Avaya as a Cloud Software Senior Engineer from April 2020 to May 2022.

Before joining Avaya, Sumeeth worked at Sidero Ltd as a Lead Java Developer from February 2019 to April 2020. Sumeeth also worked at Avaya previously as a Senior Module Lead from April 2016 to February 2019.

Earlier in their career, Sumeeth held the position of Senior Product Developer at BMC Software from September 2014 to January 2016. Sumeeth also worked at Avaya as a Module Lead from March 2011 to September 2014.

Sumeeth's work experience also includes working as a Software Engineer and Consultant at L&T Infotech from July 2007 to March 2011, and as a Software Engineer at EpiComm Technologies Ltd. from September 2006 to July 2007.

Sumeeth Tewar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2004. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university, completing it in 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Sumeeth received a Sun Certified Programmer for the Java Platform SE 5.0 certification and a Sun Certified Business Component Developer certification from Sun Microsystems in August 2008. More recently, they earned various certifications related to software architecture and cloud computing, such as "Software Architecture: Breaking a Monolith into Microservices" from LinkedIn in March 2023, "The AWS Well-Architected Framework in Action" from LinkedIn in December 2022, and "AWS Data Lab Participant - Use Cases with Neptune Graph DB" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2022. Sumeeth also obtained the "IASA CITA-Foundation" certification from The Global Professional Body of IT Architects (IASA) in July 2022, and the "AWS Essential Training for Architects" certification from LinkedIn in May 2022.
