Rosaline Su began their work experience as a Computer Scientist at Pfizer in July 2016. Rosaline worked in this role until December 2016. In January 2018, they joined Wellington Management as a Research Assistant Co-op and worked until July 2018. In May 2021, they joined Sway AI as an Applied Data Scientist and held this role until April 2022. Rosaline then became a Senior Data Scientist at Sway AI from March 2022 to June 2022. Currently, they are working as an NLP Data Scientist at Workhuman starting from June 2022.

Rosaline Su completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science at Northeastern University from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, Rosaline obtained a Master of Science certification from Carnegie Mellon University in January 2021.
