Michelle Labastie has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Michelle started their career at BNY Mellon in 2008, where they held various roles including Shareholder Services Specialist II, Quality Services Specialist III, Quality Services Specialist V, and Unit Supervisor. Michelle worked at BNY Mellon from 2008 to 2016.

In 2016, Michelle joined Workhuman as a Customer Success Coordinator. Michelle then progressed to become a Customer Success Manager in 2017, responsible for shaping the future of work culture through integrated Social Recognition and continuous performance management. In 2019, Michelle became the Senior Manager of Technical Services, Customer Success at Workhuman, focused on leading the movement to celebrate the power of humanity in the workplace through gratitude and peer-to-peer recognition.

Throughout their career, Michelle has developed expertise in customer success, technical services, and leadership in the financial and software industries.

Michelle Labastie obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Bridgewater State University in 2007. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Workhuman Certified Professional from Workhuman in October 2020.
