Matthew Gillen, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles, specializing in launch success, client success, program management, operations management, and consulting. Matthew currently serves as the Manager of Launch Success at Workhuman since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Launch Success Manager from January 2021 to June 2022. Matthew also served as the Launch Success Manager at the same company from March 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining Workhuman, Matthew worked at Building Engines, Inc. where they held the position of Director from May 2017 to February 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Program Manager from January 2016 to April 2017, and as the Operations Manager from April 2015 to December 2015. Additionally, they worked as the Client Success Manager from May 2014 to March 2015, and as the Client Success Specialist from December 2013 to April 2014.

Matthew also gained experience as the Customer Experience Manager at iDevices from June 2012 to August 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at WorkForce Planning Associates, Inc. from May 2011 to May 2012.

Matthew Gillen, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Design & Corporate Communication from Bentley University. Matthew obtained this degree, though the start and end years are not provided. In addition, they have earned two certifications. The first is Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in December 2017. The second certification is Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from Central Connecticut State University, which they obtained in February 2012.
