Mark Kilpatrick has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple companies over the years. Mark started their career at IT Boutique in 2002, where they served as a Technical Support/Computer Builder until 2004. At IT Boutique, they were responsible for managing retail store operations, building and servicing computers, and providing technical support to customers.

In 2006, Mark joined BT Ireland as a Senior Technical Support Agent. Mark held this role until 2008, where they provided technical assistance to customers.

From 2008 to 2013, Mark worked at Evros Technology Group as a Monitoring Team Lead/Support Specialist. Mark also assisted customers with audits and managed the multi-tenant SIEM solution. Mark'sresponsibilities included performing upgrades, regular maintenance, and onboarding new customers.

Currently, Mark is working at Workhuman as a Principal Cloud Infrastructure Engineer since May 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Systems Engineer from 2016 to 2021. Further details about their responsibilities in these roles are not provided.
