Jean Crosbie has a wide range of work experience in various roles and companies. Jean is currently working as the Director of Engineering, Customer Support, and Launch at Workhuman since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Customer Contacts at Aer Lingus from May 2021 to March 2022. Jean also worked at Allianz Technology as an Operations Manager from May 2020 to May 2021. In 2018, they held the position of Operations Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from April to November. From 2011 to 2017, Jean was the Director of Customer Advocates EMEA at VCE, where they focused on promoting and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Earlier in their career, they worked as an IT Manager at Dell Services from February 2002 to December 2010. Overall, Jean has diverse experience in customer support, operations management, and executive leadership roles.
Jean Crosbie began their education in 2004 at the National College of Ireland, where they pursued a Higher Diploma in Business Management. Jean successfully completed their studies in 2007. In 2018, Jean enrolled at the University College Dublin and obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification in Project Management in 2019.
