Greg Stevens, Ph.D. has over 16 years of work experience, starting in 2006 as an Analyst II at Princeton Consultants. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an OD Consultant (Internship) at Baptist Health Centers. In 2012, they served as an Account Manager, Analytics at Affintus Scientific Hiring. Greg then worked as an Enterprise Strategy Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they had two roles, first as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Wheaton College (MA), and later as a Senior Manager, People Analytics at Workhuman. At Workhuman, they led a team of data scientists and implemented advanced statistical tools and machine learning to provide insight to clients. Greg Stevens, Ph.D. has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Auburn University. Greg also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in the same field from Auburn University. Prior to that, Greg obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology & German from Colgate University.
