Simon McMorran has a diverse work experience. Simon started their career at SPAR as a Customer Advisor, where they developed skills in multitasking, communication, and handling large sums of money. After that, they interned at NaviNet as an Engineering Intern, where they worked on proof of concepts and test development. Simon then moved to NantHealth as a Graduate Software Engineer, and later a Software Engineer, where they gained experience in software engineering. Currently, Simon is working at Workgrid Software as a Senior Software Engineer and has recently been promoted to Principal Software Engineer.

Simon McMorran completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computing Science at Ulster University from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Regent House Grammar School from 2003 to 2010 for their high school education. Additionally, in December 2016, they obtained the certification of Exam 483: Programming in C# from SCBN | Microsoft Certified Professional - Google Partner.
