Beverly "Michelle" Jackson is a seasoned social worker with extensive experience in case management and community services. Currently working at the Housing Authority City of Austin since June 2012, Michelle develops programs to help residents achieve self-sufficiency, implements case management services, and enhances community engagement. Prior experience includes serving as a case manager at Workforce Solutions, where Michelle assessed employment needs for TANF customers and facilitated support services. Earlier roles include working as a Texas Works Advisor III at the Texas Department of Health and Human Services, where Michelle determined eligibility for various assistance programs. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Respiratory Care Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver.
