Laura Cerveny has extensive experience in customer success and account management roles, currently serving as the Global Retention Manager at WorkForce Software since April 2014. In this position, Laura focuses on enhancing internal processes to improve customer retention and satisfaction. Previous roles include Account Relationship Manager, responsible for managing a $5M ARR territory and fostering growth and support for approximately 40 enterprise and mid-market customers, and Operations Manager, where Laura oversaw the time clock ordering process. Earlier experience includes positions at Accretive Health and Wood County Medical Associates, where Laura provided technical support and performed clinical duties, respectively. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Toledo.
