Kitty Kitnikone, Ed.D., M.Ed., MSW, serves as the Education and Employment Navigator at Workforce Snohomish since June 2016, focusing on creating industry-driven sector pathways and addressing training and hiring needs for local employers. Previous roles include Merchandising Manager/Assistant Store Manager at TJ Maxx, where responsibilities encompassed in-store operations and employee development, and Business Services, Programs and Operation Lead at the Washington State Employment Security Department, where Kitty managed relationships with over 1,000 business customers across various industries. Additional experience includes serving as VP Membership for the SHRM Seattle Chapter and directing a federally funded senior employment project at the National Asian Pacific Center on Aging. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education from Seattle University, a Master of Education from Western Washington University, an MSW and BSW from the University of Washington, and a certification in E-Learning Instructional Design from Oregon State University.
