Shawn Moi is a Principal Career Coach at Workforce Singapore since April 2015, with a strong background in career counseling and coaching. Prior to this role, Shawn worked as a Career Coach at the Workforce Development Agency and as a Management Support Officer at the Ministry of Manpower. Shawn holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Monash University, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Western Australia, and a Specialist Diploma in Career Counselling from Republic Polytechnic. Throughout Shawn's career, they have received numerous awards and accolades for their dedication to workforce development and career coaching initiatives.
