Matt Matthews is an experienced trainer and instructional designer with a career spanning over three decades in the field of education and training. At Workforce Institute since 2014, Matt leads classes in various topics, including Technical and Business Writing, Microsoft Office applications, and workplace skills. Matt has held senior instructional design roles at Aspect Software/Aspect Education Services since 1996, where responsibilities include designing technical product training and developing training materials. Earlier in career, Matt served as a Senior Course Developer at Tandem Computers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington and post-graduate work in Clinical Psychology at the University of North Texas.
