Jennifer McMullen is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at the Workforce Development Institute since June 2021. With a robust career in HR management spanning over two decades, Jennifer has held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources at Solomon and Solomon PC and Human Resources Director at Catseye Pest Control. Jennifer's expertise encompasses all aspects of HR, from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and employee development. Additionally, Jennifer is a seasoned comedian, actively performing stand-up comedy across New York and participating in multiple comedy contests while organizing and promoting over 100 shows since January 2003. Jennifer holds an AAS Degree in Early Childhood Education from Hudson Valley Community College.
