Shruti Jana is the VP, Global People Partners at Workday. Shruti has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources. Shruti has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry like SAP, HCL Technologies, etc. Shruti is an expert in talent management and has established key processes like competency framework, learning maps, talent calibration, talent mobility through rotation and job exchange for client groups.

Shruti Jana's educational career includes a master's degree in human resources and organizational development from the Delhi School of Economics, as well as a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the University of Delhi. Shruti also has certification from Erickson Coaching International in the art and science of coaching graduate.
