Liana Asuleen is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Workday since April 2024, Liana previously held similar roles at HiredScore and Aniview, where responsibilities included client operations, personal point of contact, and ad operations. Prior to that, Liana was the Head of Publisher Success at Avantis Video, managing account managers and premium publisher accounts. Experience also includes roles at SIT Innovation, where responsibilities encompassed affiliate management, knowledge management, and digital marketing. Early career experience includes customer success analysis at Celler Law, and transcription work at Copytalk Business Services. Liana holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, alongside a 200-hour yoga teaching certification from Wise Living Yoga Academy.
