Lakshmi S. has extensive experience in program and project management within the technology and professional services sectors. Currently serving as Principal Program Manager at Workday since November 2014, Lakshmi leads high-impact innovation projects from incubation to operationalization. Previously held the role of Principal Engagement Manager, focusing on the successful implementation of Workday solutions for Fortune 500 clients, and managed complex engagement strategies across various industries. Lakshmi also worked as Engagement Manager for HCM projects, ensuring deliverables, budget management, and project success. Prior experience at Infosys from August 1996 to November 2014 included senior managerial roles in HR consulting, project management, and multiple HR implementations using Oracle PeopleSoft. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in Computer Science.
