Hollie Graham Caldwell currently serves as the Director of Global Sales Enablement for North America Field Engagement & Delivery at Workday, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Caldwell was the Senior Director of Sales Excellence and Enablement at Oracle, overseeing organizational change management and employee enablement within the sales organization from July 2022 to January 2024. Extensive experience includes serving as the Senior Director of Global Sales Enablement at Infor, where Caldwell managed the enablement journey for over 800 SaaS ERP sellers from June 2016 to July 2022, along with earlier roles in marketing and communications across various companies including Teradata and Crane Plastics. Caldwell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Media Communications from Denison University.
