Bianca Mulé is a Customer Success Manager at Workday since April 2024, having previously held a similar role at Templafy from June 2019 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships and driving product adoption. At Templafy, Bianca progressed through various positions, starting as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative and advancing to Junior Customer Success Manager and Enterprise Market Development Representative. Prior to this, Bianca gained internship experience at Lawrence J. Berger PC in 2017. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from High Point University.
