Sharon Weston currently serves as the Head of Franchising at WorkBuzz since October 2013, leading the Best Franchise Programme & Awards in the UK, which focuses on enhancing franchisee engagement for franchisors. Prior to this, Sharon worked at Motorola from 2000 to December 2010, where roles included Bid Production Manager and Senior Proposal Publisher for the EMEA region, overseeing proposal coordination for various opportunities including ITTs, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs. Earlier experience also included serving as Events Manager within the Strategic Sales & Operations department, facilitating training for account teams in the EMEA region.
