Jeremy Tipper is an experienced professional in the field of Human Capital and Work Technology, currently serving as Founder of 2HC Ltd since January 2019, where advisory services are provided to SaaS company founders and the Venture Capital community. As Chair of WorkBuzz since April 2021, Tipper has contributed to the company’s growth following a significant investment round. Additionally, Tipper serves as a Board Advisor for Bright Network and holds Non-Executive Director roles at Sova Assessment and Exeter City Football Club, where a lifelong passion for football complements community engagement efforts. A former Managing Director at Alexander Mann Solutions and founder of Talent Collective and Capital Consulting, Tipper has a strong background in talent acquisition and consulting, supported by a BSc in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University.
