Matthew Grimes has extensive experience in project coordination, payroll administration, and customer support. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator and Payroll/Billing Administrator at Workbox Staffing since October 2019, Matthew is responsible for collecting timesheet data and entering payroll information into databases. Prior experience includes specialized customer support for municipal services at Grand Rapids City Hall, where Matthew gained knowledge across various city departments, and a role as a Cost Analyst at Gentex Corporation, supporting the Commercial Finance team with product cost models. Additional roles at Gentex Corporation included Internal Scheduler and MEA Change Coordinator, where Matthew developed production schedules and coordinated with various teams to ensure efficient operations. Matthew is an alumnus of Grand Rapids Community College.
