Jonathan Gervais has over 20 years of professional experience. From 1999 to 2006, they were an IT Project Manager at Bombardier Transportation, where they were responsible for global assignments in Germany, UK, Sweden, Bulgaria, and Spain. Jonathan also co-led strategic alignment initiatives and projects portfolio monitoring. From 2006 to 2010, they were a Project Manager at AIB, where they lead strategy definition, implementation, and project portfolio alignment across the business unit. Jonathan also managed multiple and diverse scale of financial and IT solutions implementation. From 2010 to 2021, they were at Rizing, where they held various roles such as CEO's Chief of Staff, Senior Vice President - Business Transformation, Senior Vice President - Professional Services - HCM North America, Vice President - Operations - HCM (/N SPRO) Canada, Director Project Office - HCM (/N SPRO), and Project Manager - HCM (/N SPRO). Most recently, from 2021 to 2022, they were the Chief Operations Officer at TALSOM.

Jonathan Gervais completed their education history with an Executive Development Course in Business Administration and Management, General from McGill University in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Natural Sciences from The Open University between 2009 and 2011. In 2007, they earned a PMP from the Institute of Project Management. Their education history began in 1993 when they obtained a DEC in Information Technology from CEGEP Sorel-Tracy.
