Regina (Pebbles) Noriel has accumulated over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the accounts, billing, and customer service domains. Regina (Pebbles) began their career in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative for U.S Healthcare Insurance at APAC Customer Service Inc. In 2008, they joined GENPACT and worked their way up from a Customer Service Banker for U.S. Banking and Finance Account at Wells Fargo to an Assistant Team Leader, Team Supervisor, and finally a Team Unit Manager for various accounts, including Citi and Wells Fargo. In 2015, Regina joined Infosys BPO as a Team Leader for U.S. Banking and Finance at SunTrust Bank. Regina (Pebbles) currently holds the position of Senior Accounts and Billing Specialist at Workato since 2018.
Regina (Pebbles) Noriel attended the University of St. Paul Manila from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Commerce majoring in Management. Regina (Pebbles) did not obtain a degree in this field. Additionally, they obtained certification in Workato Automation Pro I from Workato in October 2020 and Information Security Compliance Training from the same institution in June 2021.
