Joshua Medina has extensive work experience in sales and account management roles. Joshua currently works at Workato as a Sales Manager for their Embedded Platform. Prior to this, they held positions such as Team Lead and Senior Account Executive at the same company. Before joining Workato, Joshua worked as a Commercial Account Executive at Salesforce. Joshua also has experience in selling software at Cloud Elements, where they served as a Senior Account Executive and achieved Presidents Club recognition. Earlier in their career, Joshua held sales roles at RouteMatch Software and Bluepoint Solutions. Joshua also worked as a National Health IT Recruiter at Modis and gained teaching experience at EUC Nordvestsjælland.

Joshua Medina attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs. In September 2020, they also obtained certifications in Workato Automation Pro and Workato Automation Pro II from Workato.
