Arun Karikalan has been working in the tech industry since 2013. Arun began their career at Zoho Corporation as a Member Technical Staff, Associate Engineer (Web Developer), Web Developer, and ZU Trainee. In 2018, they joined Workativ as a Technical Lead. At Zoho Corporation, their role as an Associate Engineer (Web Developer) included developing Design for Deluge IDE and Utilities tool development.

Arun Karikalan began their educational journey in 2000 when they attended Hindu.Hr.sec.School and completed their high school studies in 2010. Arun then pursued a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from vsvn polytechnic college from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they enrolled at Zoho University to study Mathematics and Computer Science and graduated in 2014. In 2016, they enrolled in freeCodeCamp to pursue a degree in Full Stack Development in Computer Software Engineering, which they completed in 2017.
