Dani Smart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Beginning in 2011, Dani worked as a Marketing Assistant at Red Wheel/Weiser LLC. They then transitioned to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in 2013, where they served as a Transportation Security Officer until 2015. Following this, Dani worked at the Department of State as a Visa Processing Specialist for a year. In 2017, Dani joined SIAA as an Accounts Receivable Specialist before transitioning to a role as an SIAA Portfolio Management Analyst and then Training and Development Coordinator. From 2020 onwards, Dani worked at Work It Daily, starting as a Career Coach - Customer Support Specialist and later becoming a Community Support Manager. Currently, Dani holds the role of Director of Community at Work It Daily, where they lead the development and execution of community-building strategies. Their responsibilities include creating engaging content, implementing UX enhancements, and fostering growth and engagement among job search, career development, and executive professionals.

In 2019, they received certifications as an Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) and an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) from The Institutes. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Community Management Essentials from Commsor. Additionally, Dani Smart has a certification in Total Education in Alcohol Management from the LIQUOR COMMISSION, NEW HAMPSHIRE, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
