Milos Pavli?evi? is the technology director at Work & Co. Milos has over ten years of experience in the IT industry, working as a Java developer, web developer, and system architect. Pavli?evi? began their career as a freelance web developer in 2011 and has worked on a variety of projects since then. In 2014, they joined Tesla Smart Systems as a Java developer, working on the Tesla Smart House project. Milos was later acquired by Work & Co in 2016.

Milos Pavli?evi? has a Bachelor's Degree in ICT from the Faculty of Information Technologies at Metropolitan University, Belgrade. Milos also has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the School of Electrical Engineering at the University of Belgrade.

They are on a team with Ani Mamourian - Strategy Director, Dustin Rush - Technology Director, and Karina Sirqueira - Design Director. Milos Pavli?evi? reports to Jenny Hirsch, Managing Director, Brooklyn.
