Ismail Nalwala has been in the technology industry for over 20 years. Ismail began their career in 1999 as a Software Engineer at Primavera. In 2002, they joined IBM as a Senior IT Specialist and then moved to ENC Inc. in 2003 as a Principal. In 2005, they took on the role of Lead Consultant at Verisign. In 2010, they became the CEO of both IOTAP and Raftar. In 2018, they were appointed as the CEO of Work 365.
Ismail Nalwala attended Indian School Muscat from 1984 to 1991. Ismail then went on to Arizona State University, where they earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1995. Ismail then attended Carnegie Mellon University, where they earned an MS in Computer Science and Engineering in 1999. Finally, they attended the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they earned an MBA in Business in 2009.
