Mitchell Clough is a seasoned professional in customer success and project management with extensive experience in the localization industry. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Wordbank US since May 2020, Mitchell previously held roles including Customer Success Manager and Program Manager at Wordbank Denver, where responsibilities included managing a team of Localization Project Managers and assisting clients in strategic content localization. Earlier experience at Wordbank included positions as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Mitchell began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma, contributing to the development of a pioneering course in Gay and Lesbian literature.
