The individual in this role will coordinate with the Operations Director to ensure all vendors are paid promptly and accurately. They will communicate the budget details to the Presiding Prelate and address any financial adjustments or considerations. This person will also be responsible for paying speakers their honorariums and ensuring all funds are prepared and available as needed for the event.
