The Program Director works closely with the Logistics Director to ensure seamless planning and execution of all services and events. Together with the Presiding Prelate and the Logistics Director, the Program Director will create a detailed run of show for every service, ensuring all components align with the vision and timing of the Holy Convocation.

The Program Director serves as the primary point of contact for auxiliaries involved in services or other events, facilitating clear communication and coordination. This role ensures that all essential items and equipment are prepared and available for the service, including the shofar, communion, microphones, and any other necessary materials.

The Program Director is responsible for verifying that all departments have received the finalized run of show for each service and ensuring that media personnel are fully prepared and ready before the service begins. Additionally, the Program Director collaborates closely with the Logistics Director to finalize and oversee the execution of run of show assignments, ensuring all aspects of the service run smoothly and efficiently.
