Lindsay Salinas serves as the Regional Sales Manager at Word & Brown General Agency since October 2021, where responsibilities include driving sales retention, growth, and profitability goals. Previously, Lindsay worked as a Broker Sales Executive at BenefitMall from June 2018 to October 2021 and held positions at Health Net from September 2013 to June 2018, including Group Service Representative and ACA Eligibility Representative. In the role of Group Service Representative, Lindsay supported Account Managers and resolved issues for brokers, clients, and members, while also monitoring renewal processes. Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from California State University Channel Islands, earned between 2011 and 2013.
