Doug Rose possesses extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as a Healthcare Exchange Business Analyst at Word & Brown Insurance Administrators since 1999. In this role, Doug demonstrates a deep understanding of Small Group and Individual Exchange marketplaces, managing employer contributions, enrollment processes, and various insurance plan intricacies. Previous positions at Word & Brown include Director of Enterprise Architecture and Director of Software Development, where Doug contributed to architectural design and led website development efforts. Prior to this, Doug managed IT operations at Scana Petroleum, Kelly Oil, and Contour Energy, overseeing development teams and technical support.
