Eric Casey currently serves as a Staff Writer for the Worcester Business Journal since October 2023. With a diverse background in writing, Eric has contributed as a freelance writer to several publications, including Worcester Magazine and Worcester Telegram & Gazette, and has penned a weekly column called "Cannabis Confidential." In addition to writing, Eric has been involved in the film industry as a background actor in multiple productions, including "Boston Strangler" and "Good Burger 2." Previously, Eric founded Burn After Reading Media, focusing on the cannabis sector, and held various roles within the cannabis industry, including Regulation and Compliance Lead at Cannabis Community Care and Research Network and Education and Outreach Coordinator at Mission Dispensaries. Eric holds a degree in History from the University of Rhode Island.
