Marta Szemiot is an experienced professional in the fields of library services, art instruction, and game design. Currently serving as a Children's Library Associate at Richard Sugden Library since June 2024, Marta has also been an instructor at Worcester Art Museum since June 2017. Previously, Marta worked at Mythifex as a QA Tester and 2D Artist, where responsibilities included researching and playtesting an indie game, and providing feedback. Marta’s internship at Clark University focused on marketing and communications, particularly in promoting new programs through student interviews and social media engagement. Additionally, Marta completed freelance work as a Flat Color Illustrator for Providence Public Library under tight deadlines. Marta holds a Bachelor of Arts in Game and Interactive Media Design from Clark University, following studies at Becker College.
