JaeEun Shin started their work experience in 2012 as a Web Developer at KSEA. JaeEun then worked as a Web Publisher at PowerSuasion Incorporated for a month before interning at LG Electronics. In 2014, they joined CJ E&M as a Service Designer. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Product Manager at JoongAng Ilbo. In 2018, they became an AI Product Manager at NCSOFT and later transitioned to the role of AI Product Team Lead. JaeEun held this position until 2023, when they joined Woowa Bros. as a Product Manager.

JaeEun Shin obtained a Bachelor's degree from Seoul Women's University in 2014. JaeEun'sfield of study was Content Design and Multi-Media Engineering.
