Backkun Kwon has held various software engineering positions throughout their career. Backkun started as an intern at NAVER Corp in July 2011, and later became a Software Engineer at the company from January 2012 to April 2015. In April 2015, they joined Coupang as a Lead Software Engineer and worked there until May 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Woowa Bros., starting from May 2022.

Backkun Kwon attended Sungkyunkwan University from 2006 to 2012. Backkun pursued a degree in education and focused on elementary and early childhood education.
