Phally POR is a highly experienced business development leader currently serving as the Director (Head of Business Development) at Woori Bank Cambodia since January 2022. Phally has co-founded Morakot Technology in January 2015 and has held significant roles in business development at WB Finance Co., Ltd from 2019 to December 2021 and VisionFund (Cambodia) from September 2011 to 2018. Prior experience includes positions at Amret Microfinance Institution and Indochina Research Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Build Bright University, a Professional Certificate in Microfinance from Boulder Institute of Microfinance, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the National University of Management, along with a BA in Geography from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
