Khov Sokserey is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in trade finance operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Trade Finance Operations at Woori Bank Cambodia since June 2022, Khov leads daily processing of structured and commodity trade finance transactions while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Prior experience includes over seven years at ABA Bank, where Khov progressed from Trade Finance Operations Officer to Senior Trade Finance Operations Officer, handling tasks such as issuing Documentary Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees, and preparing documentation for export collections. Khov's career began at ACLEDA Bank Plc., starting as a Customer Service Officer and advancing to Trade Finance Officer. Khov holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the National University of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Vanda Institute of Accounting.
