Erik van Pienbroek currently serves as Adviseur Duurzaam Bouwen at WoonWijzerWinkel since March 2022 and has held a prominent role as Raadslid for the ChristenUnie/SGP in Vlaardingen since March 2006, including serving as fractievoorzitter since 2018. Additional responsibilities in local governance include Vicevoorzitter gemeenteraad and member of the werkgeverscommissie. Erik is also a volunteer at Repair cafe west since December 2022 and previously worked as a verkoper at Rob's Bikecenter from 2014 to 2022. Erik’s experience in the cycling industry includes roles as a praktijk beoordelaar at ibki, filiaalleider, verkoper, and fietstechnicus at A. Heijblom & zn. Their early career included military service in the Koninklijke Landmacht. Erik holds multiple educational qualifications in bicycle technology and construction from various institutions between 1988 and 2013.
