Susan Grim has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in asset management, currently serving as an Assetmanager at Woonplus Schiedam since January 2022. At Woonstad Rotterdam, involvement spans various roles in asset management from September 2017 to the present, including Medewerker Assetmanagement and Projectmedewerker Portfolio, along with an internship in asset management in early 2017 focused on complex management plans. Previous positions include internships and volunteer roles at notable organizations such as Pakhuis de Zwijger, IKEA Group, and the Prince Claus Fund, demonstrating a strong foundation in project development and customer relations. Educationally, Susan holds a Master’s degree in Art History from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Culture and Media, with additional training from Sotheby’s Institute of Art.
